4. Teachy and learning platform access

Where courses are delivered through Teachy or another approved learning platform, learner information may be shared or processed for the purpose of creating access, delivering course content, recording progress and supporting learners.

5. Certificate verification

Certificate verification requests may require learner names, certificate numbers, course names and requesting-party details. Verification responses are limited to Petroleum Academy’s internal learner records.

6. Corporate training

For corporate training, employer or company representatives may provide learner lists, training requirements, department details and rollout information. This information is used only for training coordination, access management and reporting where applicable.
